Just got a new phone, the process couldn't have been easier thanks to Taleah!

One thing I've never had offered was a phone call to make sure the phone is completely working once it's set up. Farther than any store has gone in my experience!

Previous review: Even if it was a simple SIM Card replacement, the staff were kind, courteous and extremely helpful!

Excellent to know our local store is able to serve us and save the trip elsewhere!

“The young girl and young boy (sorry, I forgot their names) were both very helpful. I bought a screen protector and a phone case, and the young guy even set it up for me—that was really nice. The young girl helped me switch from a personal to a business account. She was awesome! She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with.”

Bought a used phone here for 600 bucks was told it was like new worked great but reality's is microphone doesn't work near impossible to get any reception unless in town even then very poor service an all 3 camera lenses are terribly dirty from inside so I'm assuming they had it opened up for God knows why very very terrible service bin trying to get ahold of them leaving messages asking to be called back nothing so far

buying something here ok, hooking up phones and replacement warrenty's they do not honor, will not disconnect your phone for you, they had me under the impression from day 1 i paid into a phone replacement warrenty, i went in today, and oh no you had to pay the extra 15 to get the warrenty sorry call this number even though you have no phone to use. idiotic moronic, fraudulent, scammers. do not hookup a phone here

Went in there to upgrade my phone. Was greeted by friendly staff that took the time to go over all. They even transferred my data to my new phone for me. Excellent customer service and care. They exemplify the Telus brand and customer service. Would recommend them to all when looking for a phone or accessories.

Very unprofessional and unreliable customer service. Been waiting for WiFi to be installed at my home for 2 weeks, they keep postponing the appointments. They will just cancel the appointment with one hour notice and don’t schedule next. Don’t even answer calls, had to wait 20 minute's every time in queue
