Hi Chad,

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on how my project In Vernon was managed from start to finish.

Overall, everything was extremely well organized. The weekly updates kept us all informed and minimized any surprises along the way. The administration and billing processes were smooth, professional, and problem-free, which I really appreciated.

The only issue we faced was with the electrical subcontractor, who unfortunately caused a 2 ½ month delay in reaching our target completion date. That being said, the silver lining was that your team was able to effectively manage costs, coming in close to 10% under budget.

Grant and the Team were excellent at quickly coming to fix my retaining wall that sagged, and left my house without power. They were great to communicate with, worked quickly and left everything looking clean, fixed and back in place. They were able to get it done when others could not. I would highly recommend them.

Grant, Jason, and their excellent crew did a fantastic job of repairing the foundation of our home. We appreciated the great communication, which gave us clear expectations of what the project entailed, and how it was priced. The team was professional, and approachable, and left a tidy worksite. We had Grant, Jason and the Team Foundation crew work on our new home to repair some exterior foundation cracks that were found in our new home. Grant was very responsive and was able to work with our schedule to get an estimate.

Upon receiving the estimate, Jason was able to quickly schedule our project and squeeze it in between some of their other large projects on the go. Their crew was on site and did an amazing job of digging, patching of the foundation.

Everyone from management to crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Team Foundation!

Chad, Carl and the Team were very professional, organized and efficient. They used clear, open communication and set my mind at ease throughout our custom home build. They were willing to walk me through the process and quickly answered any questions that I had, explaining even the smallest of details.

The quality of work, the work site is an absolute disaster. People smoking on the site, leaving cigarette buds and coffee cups everywhere. Painting over the gutter that they were meant to change is already peeling. Painting over the stairs that they were meant to change will be peeling in a year or two. I don't understand any of the 5 star reviews nor the fancy website. It has nothing to do with Team Construction. They do poor craftsmanship, they are not honest and they are extremly, dangorously messy. Which comes from the fact that they don't oversee the project and there are multiple subcontractors on site. ?! Burth Estate...
