Nathan has been wonderful to work with in regards to my mom's estate. He has been great with giving information, giving advice, responding to emails, keeping us updated and in general great mannerisms during a very difficult time.
I also just used him to plan my personal Will, POA and medical director documents.

What a piece of work these guys are.
I own a company.
That company has a board of directors with an ex employee on that board that I fired.
They represented him during that action, defending him against the claims of what he had taken.
(Oh, this individual also did it to his widowed mother after his father passed at the family farm during the same period of time)
Because I had to finish paying the asshat off for the building we had owned, he got to sit on my Board of Directors until the final payment which as November of 2024.
During that time, Carl Dalton, and Joe Caliguri acted on behalf of MY COMPANY. Mine in the fact I owned all the shares and was the only shareholder. Even though prior they acted against my company, now they acted as though they could act on my behalf without conflict.
They forgot the basic premise that the board does what is in the best interest of the shareholders.
Instead, they allowed an angry and vindictive ex employee to:
Sued me for myself for close to 50K because I wouldn't pay rent to the fired partner. This so he could take more. Who pays rent when they pay a mortgage because they own the propery?
Then, because I refused to comply, in November of 2023 they locked me out of my own property and drilled out my locks.
My lawyer, Trippier Law if you want someone honest with integrity, had to get an injunction just so we could go back to work.
This a company that employs 8 people on top of myself.
Joe Caliguri took action against the shareholders he was supposed to represent. Both sued them for themselves as well as locked them out of their own building.
How is that in the best interest of the shareholders Joe?
If you are a lawyer, did they not teach you that one?
Then when I ask him for all documentation for MY company, he tells me that I can't have it as it is private between him and my fired board member
On top of this, I paid the legal bills to TC, ultimately paying a lawyer to sue myself, and lock me out of my own property.
Yet he still thinks he works for a board member who has been fired
Welcome to the bullying ways of TC.
Stay away. Far away.
While they may have had their day, it sure isn't now.
The lawyer I am talking about just made partner.......

Yes, complaints are in to the law society.
Probably the most insane thing they have seen in a while.

Worst lawyer's in this law firm. Took over 70,000 for divorce and sold me out to the opposing lawyer. Just 20 days before my trial, he told me that if I don't agree to what they're offering, he won't go to trial, and I would've to get another lawyer. These lawyers will just take your money and do nothing for you. After going to this law firm, I lost my business and all my earnings. They don't care about you, and all they want is money. Stop going to these guys with suits. Go to court yourself and represent yourself and fight it. You won't regret it.i have all the proof anyone wants, and I can share them with you. My lawyer was RANDALL HORTON. If he or anyone from this law firm is your lawyer, then you're going to lose, and they will make sure.

Robert Tapper is a great lawyer. He has shown great care and concern in my dealings with him. He is clearly a brilliant litigator, you know it from the start. I for one am grateful to have met such a lawyer that shows care.

Left a voice-mail for a lawyer after I was referred to her. No call back or email after two weeks. Called again to see if she was able to take on new clients. Secretary was very rude and aggressive when I tried to ascertain an answer to this question and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and inappropriate dialog, unusually defensive for no reason. Not a great impression for representing female lawyers, as a female Secretary for a female seeking representation.

I would like to say thanks to my lawyer Jason Harvey. He was very professional and understandable to the issues I go thru dealing with my insurance company. Thank so much Jason Harvey for helping me to move on and helping me to resolve my case with Manulife. The lawyers at this firm are incredibly unprofessional and on multiple occasions I and others in my community have encountered discriminatory behaviour. Either they don’t respond, or they’re flat out rude.

If you are a person of colour, LGBTQ, or disabled, think of going to another firm. It will save you the headache of having to deal with these toxic individuals. Never have I seen such horrific behaviour directed at people in need. Frankly it was shocking. It’s clearly an institutional issue as these issues have occurred with several different lawyers at the firm. There’s no use voicing your concerns either, you’ll just be gaslit, then ignored.

It's never a great situation when you have to seek legal advice and be represented at the King's Bench. I am grateful to Ailish and Katlyn for all the help, timely responses and listening to my concerns. Highly recommend this firm.
