For the four times I have been here (two being work related incidents) they have not been good experiences. I had to wait over 3 hours after having a deep cut in my finger that wouldn’t stop bleeding within an hour of cutting myself. Requested stitches due to the nature of work knowing glue wouldn’t hold and the nurse said that had I been in earlier they could’ve done that but now they couldn’t (again had come in within an hour and had been sitting in the waiting room for three hours bleeding) and while I had been patiently bleeding in their waiting room mind you, it was empty. Not a single person in sight but ah yes a three hour wait. Oh and on top of that when I was finally being seen too; this lovely (cough, cough) nurse pulled the cloth off my finger and had ended up ripping more of my skin from the wound thus causing more trauma to my finger. Didn’t apologize or anything. Glue came apart as predicted within a hour because I was still bleeding. Ended up superglueing my finger the next day myself and immobilized it since the cut was located basically on the joint which worked out way better than that botched job I received by a so called “professional”. If I can be a better doctor than these so called “doctors” than you are better off not coming here. This place is unprofessional, poorly managed with doctors and nurses who truly do not care. Shame on everyone who works there and chooses actively not to do better.

I've never had much of wait time here. Very friendly nurses and reception. Doctor Filion was very efficient and I was in and out within an hour. Lucky to have this quality of care in Sylvan!

I had the pleasure of being treated by a fabulous team of nurses and Dr Burgess. I was seen in a timely and efficient manner and felt well cared for during a time of feeling so unwell. Everyone had great bedside manner and the environment was organized and clean. Thank you for such great care, it's healthcare workers like you that make a difference.

Although my experience may not be similar to what others have experienced, but we had an amazing experience. We walked in, it was quiet and got helped immediately. My daughter got looked at by the Dr in minutes, got X-Rays done and given the results soon thereafter! Maybe next time we will hit the wait time like we have at other ERs, but this time round was great and the staff were relatively friendly!

My husband waited from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. today and still had not seen a doctor. He finally left because he was so frustrated. The doctor was extremely slow. He felt sorry for the Nursing Staff. Tomorrow they are closed until 3 p.m. because of no doctor being available. We will try another Emergency Department.

Dead. I came in for a bad infection in my tonsils and have tonsils stone they let 6 people that got here after me in. I might as well go home and let my body die off since they help everybody including Indian this is not right I fight for my country and this is how the Canadian solders get treated. This is what we fought for nothing just to be thrown in a corner and left to die in the end this is why solders end there life’s to take the pain away that hasn’t been dealt with or worse. -5 star.

Well, I don't care to take the time of my experience....
When I finally got in, I was questioning if the guy treating me was really a doctor. Nurses are great as usual, but I swear the so called doctor was a quack.
We need more nurse practitioners not more doctors.

Daughter had an allergic reaction and needed some medical care. Wife and daughter turned away and told to call her doctor or 911as they were closed. Nurse I can only assume behind the call button was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If this facility is not open why does the website and call centre say it is. Why can they not change the automated answer to inform that they are closed? And why is the website not updated?
Turning away a mother and baby from a medical facility is a disgrace.
You cannot call ahead as they do not answer the phone.
