They denying services to seniors, we have all the required documents , the guy didn't check all the documents and start saying you guys missing documents and he asking for rental agreement which is not written in the required documents sheet I have left the picture down below. It was the third time we been there they are discriminating against us, we will never return to this place.

Great experience. I went there for my school project, staff is so cooperative and friendly especially Vijay. Thank you for answering all my questions very professionally. I’m glad I chose this food bank for my project because I felt very welcomed.

I have heard about food bank and so during pandemic recovery i decided to volunteer with them. Its been an amazing place to volunteer and give back to society.

As a volunteer, we feel important as well because the staff is graceful , hands on themselves and most importantly very respectful and accommodating.

The big warehouse have sections dedicated to sorting of food items being donated. Another area for food distribution. A baby corner for donated items for mothers.

Such an incredible place to volunteer and bunch of dedicated volunteer team make it even more worthwhile.

I got very bad food smell very bad. It was like instant noddle but they cooked. How could they gave human food like that, even my dog doesn't want to eat those rotten food. Please be kind to other, don't pass the food if they're not in good condition.

The food bank is a joke . You get there 3 hours early and already there's bags in line with no people. Dropping off a bag and then going home and then coming back at 5 minutes to opening. There are so many arguments and fights over this issue. The food bank has handed out notices that this will not be aloud but has yet to inforce these new policies. So the arguments and fights continue over out dated scraps of food. Again what a joke .

The constant incursions of member privacy by the press, the RCMP, and cameras inside the service area demonstrates disrespect and lack of regard for safety and privacy in a post-ai world where anyone can data-mine the photo taken of you to learn who you are and how often you went there.

Why do you need RCMP standing over their shoulders watching them get food under the pretext they are only serving refreshments? Who are you kidding? Food bank users have a right to their privacy and safety when being served. The lack of safety and privacy makes the service practically radioactive.

Congratulations, Surrey Food bank. You've now made the food bank even LESS accessible for those of us who can't stand in line, in the cold for an hour. And it's not even cold yet. What a joke. Disgusting.
