There is one call named Marcel that's not a very nice bingo caller and he isn't a nice guy went I came to thunder bay to visit my mother and we went to bingo he was so Rude. It was Unacceptable and needs more Training on customer service.
I don't think I will be going back to that bingo again because of that caller.

Great place to gamble at a slot machines. Clean and not to busy with other people. Went a couple of times. There's about 10 types of games, spread apart other slots on the floor. Most games are minimum bet $1.00 increments other.of the games min $.50 up to $2.00. Inside the building is a bingo hall also, beside the slot machines

I really really enjoy playing bingo at Superior Shores Gaming Association. It is a calming and relaxing atmosphere. And the staff and the runners are excellent, they will often go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and content, and this includes the canteen staff. However, the only deterrent of this establishment, is that the canteen very very often closes before intermission, so you cannot get hot food at intermission, which normally is the time when people want to eat. So my advice would be to eat before you go to Bingo, but you can always get a drink of some sort. If you want at any time, and it is free, besides alcohol, of course. Overall, I love this place.

Very friendly staff, right from the moment you walk in, to the tellers at the counter, the floor workers, and the canteen staff. We really enjoyed our experience there. We were first time players here and everyone was so helpful. The employees have created a really nice atmosphere here.

Not a great experience. Went to play a couple slots. Didn't win anything which is fine. But the customer service was lacking. Everytime I had to cash my tickets in there was a long wait time. The slots are of different versions so one wouldn't accept the tickets from the other! I do not recommend this facility to play slots.
