J ai ete admise le samedi 13 Avril 2019 a 3h du matin. J ai tout de suite ete prise en charge, Tout le personnel sans exception etait aux petits soins ainsi que le medecin. Le lendemain dimanche 3h du matin on m a transferee au 6em etage service oncologie. C etait la meme chose le personnel attentionné, professionnel, le personnel de service, meme la dame qui servait les dejeuners, juste son sourire nous redonnait espoir. Sans oublier le docteur Kaveh Shojania. A l ecoute des malades et tres ptients. Je tiens a remercier tout le personnel de Sunnybrook sans exception. C'etait de vrais anges aux services des malades. Je comprends que leur tache n est pas du tout facile de veiller sur les malades toutes les nuits et les jounrnées. Toujours le sourire aux levres meme s ils ont des problemes et ils en ont comme tout le monde mais rien n apparait. Ils laissent leurs problemes a la porte de l hopital. A present je comprends le sens de faire des dons. Non seulement pour les malades mais egalement faciliter la vie de tout le personnel. JE TIENS A VOUS DIRE MILLE MERCIS A TOUT LE PERSONNEL DE SUNNYBROOK. DE VRAIS ANGES SUR TERRE. QUE DIEU VOUS BENISSE ET BRAVOOOOO

The best hospital ever one thing that they don't understand is that sick people and nurses are paying crazy pricing for parking $23 for standing there for 2 hours no body respects the sick people or the poor nurses who are trying to survive. Mafia contrls the parking by taking the pants off the people who are struggling to survive

I am actually not visiting but a patient since Monday evening of last. I have been treated and attended to professionally and compasionately. Nurses and other support staff are very helpful and accommodating and give you as much attention as you need. Doctor's do their best to meet and discuss patients concerns.

Went to see an ENT whose resident Dr did not validate my concerns telling me that "there was nothing wrong with me" when I had an been experiencing a persistent issue for almost 1 yr. They did not help at all and were eager to shoo me out the door after only seeing me for 3 min.

When I returned to my vehicle, my car was noticeably damaged in the underground parking lot when another vehicle hit my front bumper and left paint and chipped my car's paint.

Sept 26 I visited a relative on the 6th floor at 1.11pm and after 23 minutes left the hospital . When I went to pay for the ticket both the booths were occupied, 3 people in each line and the pay station was rejecting everyones credit card with the message *Invalid Credit Card* So by the time I paid for my ticket the time was 1.47Pm and for the 6 minutes extra I was charged $4.75. These 6 minutes were out of my control, and I do not believe I should have to pay for a system as faulty as this when I was forced to wait for other visitors having issues with the parking machines.

Currently in the Er for over 4 hours. I have not seen anyone. I understand if youre busy. But everyone is standing around. But people are literally leaving because they would rather suffer. I've had better care in third world countries

My dad went in through emergency and they diagnosed an infection in a bile duct. Relatively simple fix - drain the bile duct with a "stent". Would have been in and out of the hospital except someone screwed up and didn't tell the staff not to give him food. Now he's going to be in there for another four days waiting for the procedure. Way to blow the details people.

Really like the doctors and nurses here. They are very helpful and nice. If someone is looking for a doctor, you can get one at Woman's College Hospital.
