This review is long overdue. Strong Basement did waterproofing and repaired a crack in my crawl space last fall. It was really tough work, the crawl space has a very low ceiling, and once the soil was dug out, things didn’t go exactly as planned. Denis and his team adjusted right on the spot, no drama, no extra $$, just elegant solutions. They also kept everything moving with the other subcontractors (scheduling garbage bins, cement trucks, and more), with no delays.

His crew was just as impressive: professional, not afraid of hard work, and incredibly fast.

Denis (the owner) deserves his own spotlight! He is patient, a true listener, and takes time to explain everything in simple, clear words. He gave me confidence through a very stressful project and showed real care for both the work and the client.

Strong Basements was very punctual, responsive and helpful in our first meeting. Denis walked us through what was required and put us in touch with all the personnel required. I would like to share my experience of waterproofing my basement with this company. The technician located the problem spot right-away using appropriate tools, and provide me with recommendations and estimate. I liked that the quote had all steps and materials written. I also liked that the price was reasonable. The basement waterproofing was done as per quote. Step by step i could see how the basement waterproofing layers were applied on the basement wall. The work was done on time despite that couple rains interrupted the process. Now it is two month past since I’ve got basement waterproofing done, the wall is as dry as bone.
