The building is pretty plain and it has been around since at least the mid seventies. There is a lot of administrative stuff being done here for the county which is fine. The reason for this review is the amazing piece of art work that is incorporated in a circular stairwell within the building. Alex Janvier a now world famous First Nations artist completed in 1976 beautiful art work here. It is an absolutely beautiful and amazing piece of native art.

Had to contact this place to obtain public information on the property I own. I called by phone and told the lady who I was in detail, what I needed, and was told I must E-mail her to receive the copy. I send the E-mail repeating all the info I just told her on the phone minuets earlier. She was very prompt in declining to send the public info I needed, accusing me of being some kind of impersonator. I exchange several more E-mails in an attempt to figure out exactly what the problem was but she would not say, just called me an impersonator. Since I was not getting anywhere with E-mail, I call again, leave her a message to call me back to try and figure out what is wrong. When she returned my call 2 hours later she was all upset saying that someone was trying to "steal" my publicly available property info. I tell her that the person E-mailing was in fact really me, and that I thought it should have been obvious. I ask again what the issue was and I find out that she could not comprehend how I could have an E-mail address that does not contain my real full name. She became quite agitated, blaming this delay all on me. I do not know if this lady was this badly un-educated or was doing this out of intentional malice. But, what should have taken 5 minuets took more than 4 hours over this. I do not want to discredit this entire place over the actions of one; but this was the strangest dealing I have ever had with a place of business to date.
