Prices are pretty good and the place is huge, but the entrance is confusing to find. Its difficult to navigate a stroller in parts of the store. The staff aren't very friendly and overcharged me because they didn't listen to my concerns and scanned the sale items incorrectly. Make sure you know how much your total should be and watch the cashier like a hawk or you're not getting your money back. Ensure all pieces of your merchandise is there or again you're not getting your money back for something you can't use. Near closing time, the staff turn off the lights at 10 to and put your bags outside so you're out of the store. Not a great time.

Every time I shop here ( which isn’t often because I know the prices are ridiculous ) I notice that a lot of the items they get for FREE is way over priced, for instance they had a cabinet in there today that was selling for 225$ when I can go to a furniture store and pay for the same cabinet, a BRAND NEW one for the same price. Looking online that same exact USED one is being sold for $75.. This place is a rip off, I don’t know who does the pricing but WOW.

FREE items should not be sold at top dollar. You’re supposed to be there to help people not drain them of money...

Place is decent. Most volunteers are great.. most. But when I'm dropping off a donation for the first time without the help of my husband, and I'm a pinch confused, I do not appreciate being condescendingly spoken to like I should know their rules. Next time I'll go where the donation is appreciated and not thought of as a nuisance.

Didn't actually find anything there but the store is huge, immaculate and has a large selection of everything you can think of. Happy thrifting!

We love making the short trip from Winnipeg and checking out what is new here, every 3 or 4 months.

The volunteers are always very friendly and helpful.

i love this place, they price things pretty fair for the most part although you find the odd jacked up item sometimes but that’s every thrift store. i love the cashiers especially. they are always really sweet and compliment the items you picked out. and you can tell they wanna send you away with a smile! 😊

Why are the clothing aisles so congested? The building is huge and spacious but the clothing aisles are so close together. Why? It’s hard to get a cart through and even turn yourself around while you’re in the aisle. I felt very claustrophobic and it made my shopping experience frustrating because I kept having to wait for other people to finish in the aisles I wanted to look in as it’s so tight multiple people can’t be in an aisle at once. Prices are mostly fair except the “special” items which are marked up a ridiculous amount.

Volunteered there there's a boss named Louella and her siblings who are kind of bullies and has another person working there who causes a lot of trouble and doesn't get to answer for them it makes life a living hell for everybody and basically super toxic and that person is named Marianne and then there's other work condition problems
