Mom & I are not happy with the services of the Staples Staff Team. The other customer refused to let mom in front. The other customer has no respect for the elderly. The Spanish girl with long hair did not get permission to text messages and take photos of Mom & I.
The Staple individual staff was serving the other customers. We asked him politely if he can allow Mom to help her to print out the address shipping label.
The Staples staff withheld back the printer.
Mom wasted $6.00 . The Staples computer ate up her
money. We did not get the services that we deserved.
The Staples staff individual failed to accommodate Mom to help print out the address label.
The Staples individual don't deserve any stars.
The Staples staff individual refused to give Mom her $6.00 back. The Staples individual staff left us to wait.

Their photo machine was broken so had to use the full print service to print photos for my dad’s funeral. The man behind the counter said it would be ready later that day and that he would call. We expressed the urgency and he said they could do it so we didn’t go elsewhere. Never got the call to pick up so went in the morning and the order hadn’t even been sent through. Don’t bother trying to print anything here the staff are incompetent and won’t get your job done in time. The man behind the register was beyond useless and unsympathetic for their mistake.

The lady who helped us was super sweet. Found exactly what we needed and they now have different skin shades in crayons! So inclusive! They have an amazing selection of notebooks and now office chairs. The sale area is at the very back and had some good finds too!
Oh and you can use air miles now too!!

Is a five-star rating enough? Sujay helped us with my bill with virgin plus. They charged me around $750 for roaming which I was unaware about. I was helpless and I reached out to you guys. Sujay was amazing and dealt with the “Virgin” team further reducing my bill to $400 something, which is really significant. Overall, I left the store as a happy and satisfied customer. Give him a raise. Amazing job Sujay

Some of the retail workers at this location made a dramatic scene when I asked them to use a pre-paid credit card. When I asked them about my balance on my pre-paid credit card, one of the retail workers yelled at me, "WE CAN'T CHECK THE BALANCE ON THIS CARD".
It's fine that I need to set up my own account and check the balance on my pre-paid credit card myself. However, the workers didn't have to yell at me for information in which I didn't know.
The manager didn't help escalate the situation well, either, who happened to be present at the time of this incident.

I had a print job request with a very fast turnaround time today and Syam in the print shop was very helpful! Thankful for the good quality printing and report binding done in under an hour.

I literally feel like I just got scammed. I went to go print out some sheets that needed to be cut in half. I use the self printing service which cost over nine dollars for 15 coloured sheets of paper. Then I went to use the self-serve cutting machine that sits out on the desk. The blade is extremely dull to the point where it absolutely butchered the sheets of paper that I was cutting.

Having had paid nine Dollars for 15 sheets I went over to my concerns and asked them to be reprinted. The clerk at the print station Mentioned that the margins were off and that he could correct them for the reprinting. I replied it’s not a big deal. I know my margins are off we Fix it up at home we just need them re-Printed. The clerk insisted on fixing it. I said, go ahead. After he reprinted them for us, he then mentioned that he would be charging For the reprinting. I said this is not appropriate. It’s your self cutting machine that made the mess in the first place and we’d like to speak With the manager.

The manager came over, handed us. The reprints explained to his staff member that it wouldn’t be appropriate to charge us as we had already paid for printing. Then he proceeded to charge us another 5.60. “ Servicing fee” For editing the margins.

That means we have now paid over one dollar for each sheet of paper that we have received. We didn’t have time to go anywhere else and bother doing the whole process over again, so we reluctantly paid.

I literally feel like I just got scammed. You set out a faulty product As a self serve for cutting, And no point do you mention that you’re going to be charging us a servicing fee to adjust the margins that took all of 30 seconds And I am extremely disappointed and will never come back to Staples to print. At any point someone had said that we are going to charge you for fixing the margins. I would’ve said no I had already said no once and you insisted on doing it are you making commission? What is this? Do you specifically leave out faulty and dull knives just to make people have to re-print things ? Not okay at all.
