You can't go to emerg and complain about wait times, that is a country wide problem. My experience at St. Martha's has been, despite the reasons for needing to be here, amazing. From the triage nurse, to E.R nurses and Dr's to the nurses and Dr's in the ward I was put in, everyone I've encountered has been super nice and professional. This also includes the poor men and ladies who have to come and get your blood, they know no one likes to see them lol but yet are so nice.
And even the food has been a pleasant surprise.

I cannot say enough good about the care I received as a patient at this hospital . Doctor Hossain is second to none. Her professionalism combined with her caring attitude made an experience which was quite traumatic to me at the time , so much easier to deal with ❤️

The nurses and all the staff on PCU went over and above to make my hospital stay so comfortable. God bless you all ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing care for my husband who fell and dislocated his shoulder. They could see he was in 10/10 pain and took him straight in from triage. Seen by a Dr within 10 minutes and all preparations made for a reduction under sedation. I can't say enough about the caring Nurses (Sam) and the compassionate, knowledgeable Dr. Even the Diagnostic Imaging staff were wonderful. Thankyou St Martha's for outstanding care again!

The PCU unit is awful. My grandmother just got put here from the ICU. She is 83, had pneumonia, sepsis, influenza, heart attack, and just had a pacemaker put in. The ICU was amazing to her, the nurses there were absolutely amazing. But the PCU is terrible, they never check on the patients, they’re horrible caretakers. My grandmother has been sitting here in her own waste for 2 hours now, and we’ve called the nurses 6 times, and went to get them, but still nobody showed up. It’s absolutely horrible how they treat the patients & I can hear them in the hallway laughing & talking as I write this. Absolutely Disgusting. The only reason it’s 2 stars is because the ICU was incredible, if it weren’t for them it would be 0.

Nur kurz angehalten und später wieder gekommen. Nach Termin schnell röntgen was schnell ging. Parkplatz Möglichkeiten jede menge vorhanden.

Thanks, Dr. Ash Singh, OR nurse Ashley, and all other staff (sorry, I do not know your names). I recently had day surgery, and from the onset to completion, the service was outstanding. It was excellent care.

Terrible experience with my child. Screaming in agony and they purposely took their time checking us in. Ended up being a 15-day stay at the iwk. The initial contact at this hospital and it was like we were an inconvenience trying to find help.

More recently, I have a friend in the hospital, the person on patient services hardly understands english, purposely just keeps the line silent when you're trying to ask a question. If the phone returns to the switchboard it just goes silent and they hang up on you.
