Grand Prairie Location, what a fantastic experience, customer service was amazing, I forget the young lady's name but she said her grandpa owned the business, girl you rock, first time meeting this young lady and her inner energy was exceptional, she knew the perfect answer to our every question, she was very informative and honest, very helpful and assisted us with professionalism. We are very happy with our selection of flooring for both our porch and kitchen. Defintely recommend high stars for our experience,

Thought I would share a "before" and "after" of our kitchen as our new LVP has made a total change to the look and feel of our home. We appreciated the multiple options, suggestions & samples provided to us, and in the end we went with Kristi Sawer's recommendation. Her selection was spot on and is definitely stunning. The install was flawless and professional. We couldn't be happier. (The third photo shows off a bit more of our floor - but really - it was used to show my husband that his favorite little broom wasn't really lost....). We highly recommend Spirit River Flooring.

We recently contracted Spirit River Flooring to replace the carpet in our living room with hardwood. Jim and the installer, Mike, came out to take measurements and provide a quote. Quote included materials, removal of the carpet and prepping the area for the hardwood install. The work was done in the time frame quoted and the cost came in as quoted. Very professional staff and quality workmanship. Thank you SR Flooring and staff!

We had our two bedrooms redone..
Chrissy the sales lady was great to deal with.
Jim came over to measure and gave good advice on how we good save money on install.
The install guys did a great job. They were careful not to scratch walls and picked up left over rug. They arrive on time for the install appointment.

We had an unfortunate leak in our master bathroom. We were very lucky to get John and his team from Spirit River flooring in to do the tile work. They replaced the tile in the entire bathroom including the backsplash. It is beautiful. I love it. They were very meticulous, polite, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. They are a very talented team. Thanks again!

The guys were doing the floor in our rental that flooded. It took over 2 months for the job to be completed and we had to call the landlord to get things rolling after waiting for 2 months. Then they moved all of our furniture without asking and somehow broke the screen on my brand new tv. This was not really a big deal . The workers told my stepson as i was not around but they left and I never got a call or anything for 24 hours. They apparently sent an email address to send the receipt for the tv to. After hearing nothing from anyone all day the next day I then decided to contact my landlord . An hour later they finally called me but ot was as though o had done something wrong. "Ya hi this is spirit river flooring returning your call." I never called them and you would think that they might start off the conversation with an apology for breaking our personal property and not going out of there way to fix it. But no it was more like i had done something wrong. Then the guy says he found a tv in Costco that was cheaper thus would save him some money . I told him i would like cash to go and pick it out myself from bestbuy where i bought the original so as to find the excact same one. He said he would send me a cheque in the mail. Im a busy person and to take the time to disassemble the tv from the mount take it to the dump and physically go get another tv and set it up not to mention having to go to the bank to cash a cheque ,(cash or etransfer would be better) it's alot of messing around . I feel like if i was running a business and i broke someone else's property i would do everything to make them happy and want to do business again . Sp all in all it was a really shotty experience and I would not recommend this company.
