I tried calling the customer service about an issue with my card that suddenly stopped working. My card was working fine for the wash cycle and then when I went to load the dryers the card said unauthorized. Customer service was no help and couldn’t even tell me when someone would contact me. I expressed that I had to cancel an appointment and my clothes are sitting wet in the dryer and still the only solution they told we was to take the clothes somewhere else to dry. Unbelievable.

I am posting this review here because they provide the units for our building, I have reported to the building management on more then 1 occasion that it has ripped our clothing, we are over $1000 per load sometimes. I have also been told to 'just deal with' and 'its clearly your fault' from techs who have come from these calls.

This dosnt matter if it is one item or 30 items in the washer, at least one thing will rip, and the dryer have burnt all of my white clothing and ruined several blankets.

This is to ensure that the company in charge can see my complaints and I know that it is not going to be lost in the communication train of reporting. But honestly 1 star for RUINED items and bad customer service from techs. Photos from a 3 top and 1 pair of pants load.

White sweater was fixed last night as its a gift from my passed mother and the sweater is Cashmere lined and I cannot fix.

We have purchased stack dryers and parts from Sparkle Solutions. They did the propane conversion on the dryers and delivered them for a reasonable cost. All of the parts we have purchased have worked without issue. We have found the pricing better from Sparkle than at other Ontario laundry suppliers.

I have lived in 2 apartment buildings that have Sparkle Solutions for their laundry services and I learnt my lesson the hard way. All white clothes got stained because they are not maintaining their machines. The washers are never cleaned and you’ll see residue that is now stained on them from a long time. The lint in the dryers are never cleaned- correct me if I’m wrong but I believe that’s a fire hazard. I now have to always do laundry outside which about 30 minutes drive both ways just to maintain the quality of my clothes and my sanity. Sparkle Solutions you can do better for your customers. Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines is the least paying customers can ask for.

Ruined My $500 Jeans – No Real Resolution!

I used a Sparkle Solutions washer/dryer, and my $500 vintage jeans were completely destroyed because someone had put dye through the machine before me. While I understand that accidents happen, Sparkle Solutions’ lack of accountability is frustrating.

I contacted them over two weeks ago and got no response. I had to call back myself to finally speak with a supervisor. To be fair, the manager, Adrain, was very nice and apologetic—but unfortunately, that doesn’t change the fact that nothing can be done and I’m out an expensive pair of jeans.

For a company that operates in so many locations , they should have better maintenance, clearer policies, and actual customer support. If you care about your clothes, be cautious when using Sparkle Solutions machines!

I would absolutely avoid them at all costs if you can you’re better off going to a private laundry mat then using their equipment.

Our Strata building has always had a positive experience with SSS. They respond to emails quickly and attend to all service related issues within 24 hours - sometimes, the same day!
I recently had an issue with a faulty prepaid card which they corrected without hesitation and it was hassle free. Their ambassador Adrienne, is absolutely amazing and a real pleasure to deal with!

TERRIBLE!

I’m extremely frustrated with Sparkle's laundry services. Every time I need to dry my clothes, I have to mentally prepare myself for the hassle of dealing with their outdated, poorly functioning machines in my residence.

They are well aware of their machines' issues—why else would they have a sign that says, "If clothes aren’t dry enough, repay"? What a joke! Why should customers have to pay twice for a service that should work the first time?

This isn’t the first, second, or even third time I’ve had this problem. I’ve finally had enough, so I’m sharing my experience to warn others—don’t waste your time or money on this scam of a company.

If Sparkle doesn’t like being called a scam, they should fix their broken machines.
