What an absolutely amazing church! The church is sprawling with fantastic facilities, programs and services. But, it's the people that truly love God that makes this place special. Now I know why Southlands has been a source of church renewal.

I’ve attended since 2007 and have a deep fondness for this church. I appreciate the heart to pray, glorify God, and love people. They have a passionate ministry to give to those in need. They are standing firm in truth and not getting swept away by heretic progressive views that many churches are falling into. I recommend Southland to any Christ follower looking for a church community that reads the word, preaches the Gospel, and recognizes the need for Jesus in our lives.

Solid church. I love this church!! I started going way back in the day when they had like 400 people there when I was 14. I never realized how personal your relationship could be with God. I trust the pastoral team and their core beliefs. I always learn so much when I go. It is a very challenging church. It is kind of like spiritual boot camp which I think we need in the Western Church. If you want to be challenged when you go to church Southland is an amazing choice. You can't go to Southland and feel happy doing the utter minimum in your walk with God. So awesome! You will need to find a small group to connect with though because now they have over 4000 people so it is hard to make connections without some kind of smaller group dynamic I have found.

If you are looking for a church that has a very balanced view and down to earth teachings that are easy to understand this is it! Very relevant messages and if applied to your life God will work through them to change your heart! The large church feels alot smaller if you get involved in serving there and attending one of many many small group cells.

I have been to many churches. Including overseas where I am originally from.
But Southland Church has become my home church.
They have amazing programs and help available. The people are extremely welcoming and helpful.
As a single mother they have been there for me and have supported me. They listen and pray. Truly a church where you can feel the presence of Jesus.
