Great Staff, Attention To Details and Information In Many Areas. Help Is Always Close. The Family Care Unit Had Crazy Cool T.V/Swinging Lift Arm System. Had Issues With Pressure On Selection Of Your Choice Of Media Or Games. Other Than That It Was Very Ahead Of The Curve On Many Hospitals With Low Fixed Income. Canada Can Have It's Pros , And Cons. 😛 But 5 Stars For The Amount Of Budgeted Hospital This Ones Grade A. Could Use A Little More Color As It's Clean But Lack Of Color Makes It look Slightly Dirty But It's Not. Photo Is Of Hospital's Great History And Achievements!

This hospital has saved my life 5x! I used to think it was just a Band-Aid hospital, but NO. I was in and out of Icu for 6 months. They took amazing care of me. The Doctors and Nurses were phenomenal! Now, that said, their emergency room waits are absolutely ridiculous! They need to hire more ER Nurses! Other than that I was very glad they were there when I needed them. Thank you to everyone at South Muskoka. 💜

Had to rush to this Hospital when my boyfriend fell and hit his head and sustained a pretty serious concussion. Not only were the staff completely caring and understanding of my stress levels having arrived after my significant other, they were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I want to thank them very much for the service we received there. I'm used to Toronto hospitals where you have to wait for 6 hours to even be seen and that's being generous. Muskoka Hospital in Bracebridge there was maybe a 5-minute wait before we were seen which was insane! I very much appreciate everything they did for us that day and I highly recommend for any minor ailments to go there. It's not necessarily A Trauma Center.

The staff, and I mean everyone that was working the emergency wing, the nurses and Dr Morris, are second to none, they were kind, professional, very attentive. Dr Morris's bedside manner, never seen before, he made sure to explain everything, he even apologized for being busy. My hat off to everyone, best experience at a hospital, they really shine.

I go regularly for surgery I love this hospital the volunteers are great. I don't seem to wait long to see a Dr if I go and have to wait. Met some nice nurses there who were just amazing. Clean and bright.

After a long wait for triage, then waiting hours longer to get to a nurse, and being told it would be hours more before seeing a doctor, with no emergent traumas having come in, I finally signed myself out and tried to fix my hand myself. This hospital needs staff. Note that those on shift were beyond sweet & helpful despite the circumstances. I'm surprised they choose to work there, stretched so thin. (Pic 5 days later, having failed to get stitches)

This hospital has saved my life not once, but twice. Twice I have suffered from bleeding in my brain, and I owe my life to the team at South Muskoka Hospital. I have such confidence coming to this ER because the doctors and nurses are so caring and attentive. They are the reason I volunteer with the foundation every year, providing my story for holiday campaigns, and appearing live on Radiothon day. Thank you especially to Dr. Shearing for being there to provide me with the best care both times I've needed it!
