A-1+ and if I could give a higher rating I would. SOS was an amazing company to hire during these times of high prices and unreliable trades. Jeff and Kelly were professional, they were knowledgeable, they were the epitome of perfect workmanship, product and knowledge about the product. From the moment I asked for an estimate to the response within 24 hours to coming to the site within that same 24 hours to meet me and see what my problem was. Jeff accommodated me with an earlier time when I requested one different from what he told me. If there is anything beyond real customer service, this company will deliver. The science of this product and Jeff's knowledge are the embodiment of good tradesmen. I to show my before and after pictures of what was the problem and how Jeff was able to solve this. Concrete problems are problems and trying to fix them yourself can only lead to more problems; don't repour concrete at the prices, but call Jeff to fix your problems and he will do everything that he can while keeping within his estimate and his desire to make a customer happy. I dare anyone that has used or will use his services to tell me that they are unhappy. I don't give referrals lightly because I have high expectations when it comes to product and customer service in this day and age. Carolann

Very professional manner. They came to my place on time and fixed driveway & sidewalk. They explained what has been done and how it will look like etc throughly during the work. Also impressively cleaned up very well after work was done and left. Fair price & very good service. Highly recommend 👍

SOS concrete was hands down the easiest and best levelling contractor to deal with. While others were weeks before they would come quote, Jeff came within 48 hours of the initial inquiry. Great communication through the whole experience, the work was done well and the final product was exactly what we needed to get our driveway back to original.

Jeff was absolutely amazing from the first time I talked him. I just had a small job for SOS to do. When they showed up it was very professional. Jeff sure knew his stuff about leveling my 4 foot square sidewalk concrete pad that was about 1.5 inches down from where it should have been level with the pad in front of it. One person already tripped on it and luckily didn't get hurt. His price was fair and the pads are now nicely level with the other one. I did have one little thing I was concerned about and that is what made this company shine. Jeff explained to me that I didn't need to be concerned and that everything would be good. However, without hesitation, Jeff came back and looked after my concern so that I didn't have to worry. Like I said, this was a "me" concern and not an issue however to make me feel better, he came back with his equipment and took care of it with a smile.
Way to go Jeff and SOS Concrete Leveling.
I recommend their service to anyone that needs leveling done whether it is a hazard or just for appearance. Their price is great and so is the work.

Jeff was amazing, right from the get go. He was able to give me a quote the same day I called and was able to answer all my concerns. Unlike the other companies I called. He was not only the best with getting in touch but he also came in the cheapest. He did both our driveways the same day and both look amazing. Him and his son Taylor did a great job, they were very professional and accommodating. We would recommend them to anyone needing a driveway lift.

I saw the Fb ad and had Jeff came over for a quotation. I had my driveway lifted on Jun 5 2023, the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend Jeffery and Taylor, very professional and super nice. They gave me a lot of tips on how to repair the LONG cracks on my driveway. Hving the driveway lifted not only to avoid water getting into the foundation, it also saves the tires. I drive over the bump (my driveway sank 3” down) everyday, and I had to adjust the axis of the front wheels on my last service (cost me ~$150) cos it gave a lot of pressure to the tires. CALL Jeff, he is very reliable. Highly recommended!!
