Rui and his crew were at the top of their game from start to finish. Rui came in the spring to give us a quote on a fairly large project. He offered fantastic suggestions and explained in detail how the project would take shape. I would highly recommend Solid Rock.

Solid Rock (Rue) and his team was at my house in Niagara on June 1st and completed work on June 4th. Since that time, I have contacted him several times to return and fix 2 outstanding issues. He has promised to return, but now 4 months have gone by and he has not kept to his promise. He does not return my calls or do not call back when he has promised to come. I am a retired woman and not sure if this is the main reason for ignoring me. I picked him from the Shepherd's Guide, which I am now disappointed I did

EDIT: Had an issue that required some repair. Contacted Rui in March 2022, he said he would return in a couple weeks to complete the repair. After dozens of messages and unfilled promises, the repair still has not been completed and it's now November 2022. Very disappointed in the after-sales service, or complete lack thereof. My original review was very positive but sadly, my opinion on the company has changed significantly.

Rui and his team did a spectacular job of my front porch, steps and driveway. My corner property is now a show-stopper in the neighbourhood! Strangers walking by compliment the beautiful job and design. The elevation was difficult to work with but Rui was creative and patient in developing and re-developing the design until we got it just perfect. Would highly recommend!

Rui and his team are respectful, honest and extremely hard working! They did an amazing job in my backyard, walkway and front porch area. They turned my dreary backyard into a beautiful oasis. We love enjoying our new space now with family and friends!
They went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy and pleased customer! I can say for certain that they are in fact SOLID! 😉

They did a great job on my concrete pad for a gazebo. Reasonable price compared to others and it was done within a few days of calling them. I would definitely recommend this company
