Nicely laid out, very clean, however pricing high for items donated. Very disappointed for an organization that claims to help people. People who generally shop at thrift are trying to save a little money which helps the community by giving back.. I would consider donating elsewhere in future

Usually decent, but today I had an off experience. 50% off sale of unmarked clothes, so, naturally they mark anything remotely good, as expected. I found a football jersey that would've been $2.50 by the rules, but checkout person knew it likely should've been marked. She went away for 5 minutes and came back with a $30 price. A bit too much! Watch out for their pricing, it might not be accurate!

Came here last week and was very confused by the pricing of a large majority of items- ive been to the Saint Vincent DePaul store in Guelph and there prices are reflective of a thrift store where this store seems to be priced like retail- I came here wanting to support this organization but unfortunately was not able to afford items, I was looking for a desk and saw price tags of 160-200 dollars or even some hurricane lamps priced 75 to 175- is this a antique store ? or is it a thrift store ?

High quality stock. Great, fair prices, I rarely leave empty handed. Today a sweet little red lace runner with a cute pot of faux pink flowers .. total $8.

I spent a half hour here trying things on, getting excited about some button downs as they advertised all men's/women's clothing was 50% off, but when I got to the checkout they said these specific shirts are actually not 50% off. Well nowhere on the sale signs did it say some shirts are an exception! Ended up not buying them because of the let-down.
Potential to be great, but

We found a great set of dishes here for a fraction the price brand new, and in great condition. They mostly deal in clothes, furniture and dishware. Their selection of furniture was good. Some items were a little pricey, but many were tempting deals. Seems a little cluttered when you get in, but it's worth looking through because they have some interesting items.

Terrible place. Nice stuff but expensive. Went there and searched for serving spoons. Found five in the spoon cutlery basket. Sign indicated the cost being .50 cents per piece however when going to pay the cashier said they were $1. I told her where I had located them but appears she didn't believe me as she decided to go back and check. When she came back after checking she indicated they were a dollar each. I decided not to pay the dollar. As I left the store the cashier told a fellow employee/volunteer that serving spoons need to be placed in a different area. It was obvious by that comment that the spoons were where I had told her. We also bought a Christmas ornament which was supposed to be 25 % off. (sign attached to the counter). Cashier decided to charge full price until we said something. Won't go to this store. MCC stores are much better and staff are friendlier.

Thrift store actually means second hand things, but this one is over price if we compare to the branded store . I am shocked that the cushions they are selling are $15 or $30. You can buy fancy new cushions from other stores under this price. Many items are too much pricey that people who wants to decor their homes or wants to buy household items if they can't afford new branded items they can't buy their items from here as well.
