Terrible office to call never answers calls or returns voicemails.

it is the lack of communication., If something is worng, you do not get notice. Your rent is just late. No phone calls to inform you of any changes. You never know what worker you have at any given time. No update on worker changes. All of this leaves us holding a bag with holes in it. It is allreaday bad enough to grovel. Not know where your life is. Having absolutly no say in your own mdecial needs or other needs. And if you have mental health issues too. It's take the little help. The medicocre counsling and take your meds. Life does NOT get better. The "help" allways mneans for us to give up what we have left. Personal items, pets, and finally the last bit of dignity you had. AND IF you find a job they PRO RATE before your first check and cut you off leaving you with the first check to cover ALL BILLS! and the stuff you owe. Sending you back to the office for a hand out.. yeah hand out.. is what they call us asking for help.

Very bad costumer service unless you gotta good worker. They also can make you feel pretty down about yourself for needing the help. If they mess anything up, you pay for it.

They will help other people who are making more money than someone who is working part time I think that they should help everyone who needs help part time or full time hours because Canadians are struggling to

Poor customer service, never answer calls and they held my cheque back a few times when needed to pay rent. My worker never answers the phone even when i leave voicemails.
