While i've considered using SoCi in the past, I do not currently use this product, and given the unsavory experience i've had with the way their sales consultants conduct themselves, i'll no longer consider them as an option.

Over the last several weeks, my team has been borderline harassed by a SoCi sales consultant, receiving back-to-back-to-back phone calls and e-mails -- sometimes 5-6 at a time, follow-up phone calls on our personal cell phone numbers that are not distributed for communication, and messages through LinkedIn.

I'm not sure what kind of outdated standards you hold your sales consultants to, but this over-the-top badgering is not appreciated, nor does it make us want to ever consider working with companies that condone this aggressive behavior. Please get your sales people under control.
