They suggest calling the 1800 number for assistance with anyone a person may ask.

It has me question why there is a local office, if a person is to call and upload everything via email and telephone.

Alot of people prefer in person and local assistance as opposed to long wait times via phone
call.

As these services have been known to be unreliable in the past.

I agree with the other person who put a review. I went there to get in-person services and all the lady did was refer me to the online website. Why even work there if you don’t even help the people that come in for in-person services?
