Twice I’ve gone to this clinic and both times I’ve been treated like I’m the one at fault for my conditions. The doctor was dismissive and suggested treatments that I didn’t agree with due to the range of side effects and a slim chance of actually addressing the problem. Both times the doctor’s attitude was patronizing and judgemental. Not going there again

We have been going there for many months for treatment for my daughter. Due to a scheduling conflict we had to cancel an appointment and then reschedule. Three weeks now have been trying to get them to respond. To reschedule you have to leave you name, phone number & MCP # which I did THREE times. The message says they will return call within 48 hours. Still waiting three weeks later. What do I have to do? This happened one time before and we had to make a special trip into the business and of course they did not know what happened as every call is returned according to the person who worked there.

Very poor customer service. Next to Tim Horton's Coffee Shop, it's the worst I have ever experienced!!

I had a very poor experience here and would not go back. I met with an assistant first who told me I could get a skin check and that they would freeze a wart off of my hand. I was also there to see about getting a more aggressive prescription for rosacea.

When the doctor came in, she did not even wait to get the whole way through the door before telling me that my rosacea was "irreversible" (I know that, that's how this condition works) and trying to convince me to buy laser treatments at $70 per session. When it became clear that I was not going to purchase these, the appointment was over. I had to ask specifically for a different prescription by name, which she was reluctant to give me. She and the assistant left the room so quickly that I did not have the chance to even ask about the skin check or the wart removal. There was no one at the desk when I left, so I couldn't even ask the receptionist what was going on.

The whole appointment took less than 15 minutes. The doctor barely looked at my skin. I don't have a car and don't live anywhere near a bus line that goes to the studio, so I had to pay for a cab there and back. What a waste of my money and time.

The doctor barely talked to me then just recommended a steroid cream and all new skin/health/beauty items without looking into why I have a skin issue. I asked for an allergy test on a subsequent appointment and that was completely overlooked.

i have never been to this place personally, but from the things i’ve heard from certain friends and family, skincare studios has had very poor service and quality. i’m sorry for anyone who attends skincare studios and i hope this reaches the proper audience.

horrible doctor horrible staff i pity anyone who has to go here. you might get to actually doctor 1/7 visits. they just push pills and send you out the door.
