Pictures worth 1000 words, so attached photos of less than two year old work by SK Form and Finish. Bought a new house (spec) July 2016, made company aware of initial issues including gap in concrete in picture #1 on August 29th, which they agreed was done incorrectly, allowing water to pool and even had exposed re-bar showing (to date, not fixed by company). Company was re-contacted Fall of 2017, a year and a third after taking possession of new house, with photos above. Was told was that the cracks wont determine longevity of concrete (even though plenty of chips coming off now) and was just unsightly and normal. Last house in AB, much harsher winters, after 10 years didn't look like this. I don't know if job was rushed, wasn't prepped properly, or new crew, but if this is normal, buyer beware. Contacted company two times to make aware, but since this is where things are standing right now, other consumers might want to know when they are selecting contractors to work with. **pictures posted multiple times, can't edit back just original 6*

Highly recommend SK Form & Finish!
Our house badly damaged by falling trees and foundation repair required. Cam and his Team expertly sectioned and replaced damaged area to within a fraction of an inch of existing. Virtually a seemless repair.

We used SK Forming for a smaller project at our plant. Cameron was very professional to deal with, timely with his quote and followed up to ensure we were happy with the results. The 2 guys that came out to do the project were efficient, yet thorough. We were happy that the site was left clean.

SK was an absolute treat to use for my concrete needs (2 concrete pads). From Cameron during the quote process to the guys who did the forms and pour to the bill afterwards with Amber, everything was absolute top notch from these guys. They were professional answering any of my questions, the guys who came to do the pour did a stellar job and even cleaned up some of the debris I wasn't expecting to be cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone based on the service I received.

We have just moved to BC and have found it extremely frustrating to hire any type of contractors and the same was true for trying to get our patio poured. After sending out numerous “request for quotes” and not getting called back, or having an appointment made with no one showing up, someone suggested I try SK Form and Finish.
From the very first phone call we were impressed! The estimator offered to come and take a look at our property the very next day and he actually showed up and on time. He was extremely efficient, courteous and his professional manner was appreciated. Surprisingly, we received the quote later that same day and were again impressed at how detailed and itemized it was and how it included everything so there wouldn’t be any surprises.
When they came to do the job, the whole crew was very courteous and helpful. They even did a small repair on our driveway at no charge! And their follow-up has been superb – we know they stand by their work!
We highly recommend SK Form and Finish and will definitely use them for any future projects.

I called SK Form and Finish to have them quote a 2 car garage slab I needed poured and I was very impressed with both the quote and the response time to get the job done. Considering how busy everyone in construction is in Kelowna and the tight alley access location of my garage, SK got the slab in for me quickly and I was able to continue with my construction schedule without any delay. Their crew was respectful of my neighborhood parking constraints and the finish to the slab was excellent with an efficient drainage slope. I would hire them again and recommend their service.

This review is hard because the office staff was great and I liked many of there employes. Those hand full of people are the only reason I gave them 2 stars. It is a shame the owner stepped in.

I am a Builder in town that used S&K multiple times and had to deal with problems more often than not. They always came back to rectify which was refreshing and which is why I kept using them until the last job.

The one that finally made me leave was a job for a great client where they got the boarder concrete color wrong twice. The original color in the concrete didn’t turn out like they wanted (expectations were set that this could happen) so decided to stain it. S&K came in and stained it twice without showing the customer samples first. They sandblasted and washed both stains off causing damage to house and landscaping. The last stain color they washed off was black and it ran over the exposed concrete in the center staining that part of the driveway. It was a mess. The customer at that point had lost all confidence in S&K and asked for money to finish themselves. S&K wouldn't pay so I paid it.
