My brother was in a horrible accident this morning on Highway 1a. Police were dispatched and we were told that it would be no hassle getting my brothers Phone, Wallet, Medication, and Insurance documents from the vehicle. Low and behold Dave has been making this a very difficult process. Stating that only my brother was able to come and get it, despite him being in hospital. Forcing me to go through RCMP and get authorized, as well as demanding payment prior to allowing us to grab his belongings, as if it’s a ransom of some type. He wants $2100 upfront for me to be able to enter the yard and grab his belongings. Do not recommend going through Dave Moore Transport and Recovery.

Dave is an awful person to speak to - trying to get any information from him is impossible & he keeps giving our family the run around saying payment was not issued although it was. Dave towed a vehicle claiming it was at the the rcmps request however the rcmp says there is nothing in their recent files to back that up. He is double charging for towing (we know people at another towing company who reviewed the invoice & called it bogus also) and he is up charging for gas which makes most of the bill. Every time we try to speak he interrupts & speaks with so much disrespect it’s disgusting. He clearly needs the cash as he is making ridiculous invoices that do not make sense & also claiming payment was not received although it was. We are reporting Dave to the authorities as well as the better business bureau. I hope you or any family / friends never have to come across this individual
