This is the only grocery store in the city that I can bear. It is not overstimulating, is just the right size, and most of the employees are the friendly. At times it feels like I've time travelled back to the late '90s. (This is a compliment.)

A big shout out to the lovely woman working the busy self checkout today. I wish I got her name. She struck up a conversation with me about my Harry Potter shirt since her granddaughter loves Harry Potter. This act of connection made my day!

The bakery have some staff members that go over and above to help with special orders , special requests , like requests for specific loaves of bread or getting cinnamon buns ready when they are fresh out of the oven and cool enough to package them ! they truly shine !!

Luke, your REMARKABLE and TOP GRADE customer service did not go unnoticed and which made my trip to Coop yesterday an awesome encounter that will be etched in my mind .. You're a true gem..such an adorable individual..your genuine smile with a soft laughter made my day.
Thank you for that awesome experience. I cheated on Canadian Superstore but it was well worth it..

Typically great staff just don’t use the self checkout and make a mistake! barked at by the old lady after not knowing what to do please do something this isn’t the first time! I literally avoid self checkout knowing it’s a possibility gonna get treated like trash

The Co-op has the best vegetables, although we are all feeling the pinch with the increase in cost everywhere. The store is well laid out, and the staff in the deli section are super nice. My only complaint is that their bottles of ICE drinks are almost $2 each, wheras Super Store is 10 for $10. That is often the deciding factor as to where I'll shop.

Bought a head of lettuce today( that was on August 20) over half of the inside was all brown. Very disappointed!
