My family and I were in Whistler celebrating my husband and I's 10th year anniversary and I had the brilliant idea that we should take photos. I googled a few photographer's and we ended up going with Shea and was so happy we did! Shea was very accommodating, as he was able to book us in a day after I called (given we were only in town for the weekend) and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was patient with my young kids and he made us feel so comfortable and gave us the opportunity to capture any shots we thought we may have wanted. The turnaround of the photos were also quick and I appreciated it. I highly recommend Shea if your looking for an exceptional photographer!

My husband and I visited Canada (Whistler then the Island) from Wisconsin for the first time Sept 29-Oct 10, 2022. Like any other trip, I book a photo session for us.

I mentioned a few things I'd like for our photos to have/show and Shea recommended a few spots. Of course, I wanted to check these places out as there is only so much you can see online. Unfortunately I made communicating a bit much until I knew where and when for pics (sorry Shea). But he dealt with me like a rockstar. One of the spots he said was Green Lake. The pictures online don’t go this gem justice. It was the perfect spot for us.

Shea made sure that just about every picture had water and/or the mountains. He made it fun and easy. At first, I was nervous and anxious, as I’m usually behind the camera and it was a bit humid (so curls eventually fell out). But once we started going, those feelings went away and we ended with great pictures.

So in short, highly recommend him, bring a mirror for hair check, smile and just have fun!

Shea was AWESOME! We asked him to photograph candid photos for our wedding night dinner and he did not disappoint! He captured lovely moments throughout our dinner, and was very nice to interact with. He got our photos out to us super quickly as well which was super exciting to reminisce on. Shea is a wonderful man and truly a professional in his field. Easily the best experience with a photographer to date! He is super personable and very talented at his craft. Shea took engagement photos for me and my Fiancé. He helped me choose the perfect location, providing pictures of different locales which was so helpful. On the day of he very skillfully (and sneakily) got candid photos of the big moment, and afterwards we had a wonderful photo shoot.

The pictures turned out fantastic, I would recommend him to anyone looking for professional photography work. His communication throughout the entire process was superb which made it much less stressful than it could have been. I’d give him 6/5 stars if I could.

My 15 year old son went on a photo walk with Shea yesterday and it was amazing! I spoke with Shea in advance to plan the walk and he customized it to my son's interests. My son came back so happy. Not only did he learn some great photography tips, he also learned about the local environment. Shea was so patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind.
