Khrystyna Shustval at the Petroleum Plaza branch provided excellent customer service. She answered to all my questions in a comprehensive and understandable manner. Khrystyna helped me understand how the credit card works. Additionally, Khrystyna went an extra mile to assist me in resolving a credit card issue. Khrystyna also advised me on different saving methods like High Yield Savings, GIC, etc. I definitely recommend visiting this branch for any banking-related issues.

Horrible bank to keep your money! Just to let you know that I didn't do any research before opening a bank account with Servus credit Edmonton downtown. I deposited a Chq less than 100K and they blocked the cheque however the source of fund was provided to the teller and a verification call was made to confirm the CHQ amount and the issuer. Basically, the bank will use your money to trade while you have no access to your fund and will make restrictions on withdrawal. After visiting 2 branches (Downtown and west) and contact the call centre, I reached out to a law firm and then before things got escalated the bank provided me with a manager CHQ . I promise there is no worst place than this bank and also the daily ATM cash limit is 500$ ) I wish if I could rate this bank Zero.
There is no managers in the branch to talk to and I was accused of money laundry by the teller although the CHQ amount is below 100k and the source of fund was provided! Watch out and be careful where you bank with.

Servus really let me down and even lied to me just to try and cover there ass because of the incompetence of one of there employees. And because of that my account was looked up on a Saturday afternoon and no chance of unlocking it until I went into a branch on Monday leaving me broke and without money for food and being a diabetic this really compromised my health. I had been in the Edmonton downtown branch Friday and to reopen my account that I asked them to shut down online access to and they gave me a temporary password and username and the celery forgot to unlock my account so when I called back explaining this to the customer service phone lines they told me they would straighten out the matter but hours passed and nothing happens until at 4:35 after all banks are shut and I call back for the third time they tell me that I can only get it unlocked by coming back into the branch on Monday. Thanks for the Service, Servus!! It Sucked!!

Avoid going here. No staff on hand to assist you, they don’t greet you and worst of all they have no personality. Manager doesn’t do anything to assist while having long line ups. Kind of makes you wonder why she has her position still. I am going to be taking my banking elsewhere. They can keep their measly profit sharing.
