Used to be great here. Not any more. Absolutely the most horrendous customer service from the front counter staff. Why are the most unfriendly people the face of your business? Send them to a course.

Prime example of why in person banking is going the way of the dodo.

If it wasn't for the pain of changing multiple entity's depositing to my account I would change banks.

Will goto another bank next time or switch. The tellers do everything they can to gate guard the manager. Brutal.

Horrible service. Don’t ever apply for a loan here. Or consolidate anything. If it wasn’t for the lower interest rates we would change banks. Not happy at all. Absolutely the worst institution ever.

Don't ever apply for a loan at this branch. They will take forever just to get you in, get paperwork electronically signed (that alone took 3 weeks even though they told me 2 days), all of it. Over a month now and I still don't even have the funds. (This is a payday loan too....) so yeah, don't go here.

I have had an account with Servus since I was a kid, never bounce checks and I do my taxes at the same place every year. Of course they want to hold my tax check right!! Like it’s fake or something!! Terrible!

I’ve been with this bank since 1990 when I needed there help they weren’t there for me even though I have excellent credit. Very disappointed. Time to find a bank that will be there for me when I need help.

Poorest excuse for a financial institution there ever was wont cash or certify cheques written from an account from there institution their excuse was it was over 3000 dollars so asked if cheque was any good they say cheque was good but they cant do anything with it cause it was over 3000 dollars make sense to anyone else if so explain it's not even worth a one star rating more like minus 100 star rating only reason for one star was to be able to write review
