Review specifically for Luke Coleman, our mortgage advisor. Moving to Red Deer from Halifax and buying our home before arriving required a lot of remote paperwork and coordination of how to set all that up without a branch being in place. Luke was able to get that all set up for us in advance of our trip down, helped keep us informed of the full process and put up with a lot of back-and-forth and calling from myself and my wife as we finalized the full process. It was a much smoother process than with other banks I have gotten a mortgage from, which is impressive considering I couldn't come in in person until it was already done!

Luke was professional, friendly and kept us up to date and informed throughout the entire process. Can't ask for more!

Brutal service. The cashier decided it was appropriate to tell all 12 people in the waiting line wjat my balance was. Then rudely snapped on me before I was able to get out of there. I have pulled my mortgage, vehicle loans, all my accounts and cancelled my credit card with them.

VERY unprofessional. They go out of their way to embarrass you. Horrible horrible branch!

Anywhere else is better than this garbage. And they have little to no branches, couldn't even get my card replaced while working out of town.

This is the last branch I would every use again.
The staff are disrespectful, rude, self-serving and don't follow up with the statements/actions they commit to doing. If a complaint is made their boss praises them for their actions.
No accountability, professionalism, or respect for the client.

Worst wannabe bank ever. I've been with them since I was a kid and have had headache after headache these last couple years. Recently I had a payment for an app come out of my account for $6.99 and without even calling me they froze my account and assumed it was fraud, I was super embarrassed trying to pay for groceries and my card kept declining, I had to call them and get them to take the freeze off... They couldn't have called me and asked if I authorized a payment for $7 instead of making me look dumb!? More recently I had my son's dad owe me money and send me an e transfer, they flagged that as fraud and screwed up my account for days, when I actually did nothing wrong I even involved police, finally my account was unfrozen but I'm not allowed to do e transfers anymore? So I'm being punished for nothing, after years and years of banking with them.
I would never recommend Servus Credit Union to anyone. They're not a real bank so you can't set up online payments with some places like you could if you were with BMO, TD, Scotia etc.. and they love to claim fraud without even talking to you. It's not worth the BS. I'm so happy with my new bank I'm even setting up accounts for both my kids, wish I'd switched years ago!

An absolute abortion is the only way to describe this. The customer service prompts, setting up a credit card, anything is the single most difficult thing I've ever done in my life. The branch itself is great- but the company is just rife with horrible, horrible customer service.

Can't complain about their customer service. Was none. On hold for 35 mins without any help except ads saying how good a bank they are.

I have been using this branch for over 10 years and have never had an issue. Every time I come in I get great service so I am in and out in a timely fashion.
