Went to branch got no where so Sent couple emails to inquire about
Moving all my business banking needs from
Scotia to here.

This branch was a poor experience from day 1. They constantly over charge on service fees. Then they would call me during my work day often. After having enough of there calls during business hours well iam trying to work. The manager who's was very aragent. Closed my account with out consent or warning. Two days before pay day. Simply because I'd had enough of there calls. On closing the account they refused to give me cash. Rather made up a check knowing I had no where to cash it. I wouldn't recomend this branch to any one.
Good way to lose money and time.

People are friendly but what should be simple transactions take an hour (for non standard transactions). There are NO surfaces for a person in a wheelchair to use for writing or signing. All counters are designed only for people who can stand up. Not wheelchair friendly at all.

We been dealing with Parkland Savings and Credit Union since 1979, now Servus. Since the beginning they would always help. Stuck in Seattle 1982 money sent for a broken motorcycle, mortgages, financial planning. Now there is a young lady who started as a teller now is a manager we follow her around because at Servus people KNOW you.

Great customer service, the staff are customer orientated and friendly. The only thing I ask of Servus Credit Union as an organization is . . . please stop charging me $1.50 for e-transfers.
