Honestly the best experience I've had at a service Ontario! I went in yesterday and the lady at the front desk was so helpful, friendly and quick with helping me renew my license, health card and register my car.

Kathy is amazing at her job, definitely a people person! She was very helpful today with updating my ownership! Thank you Kathy, don't ever change.
Side note this morning they opened at 9 and I walked in at 945, no one in the building, I was helped right away.

This is a small office only two wickets so there are times when it gets busy just like anywhere else. But it is also a small town so smaller lines? the staff are polite friendly and helpful. Another bonus of a small town ?. I'm giving four stars only because I left with some tough information ?. Word to the wise "stay on top of your tickets ?"

When I try to call the posted number, it rings maybe twice before going to a fax tone. Why have a number posted if it doesn't go through to the office
