What a wonderful experience. It was a first for me to ride in a helicopter and to do some terrific hikes with lots of support from the amazing guides - Nick, Ben and Eva. The food was delicious as well. It truly was a peak experience. I am a breast cancer 🎀 survivor and this trip made me feel like a thriver. Happy to be alive in the mountains. Carol Rose 🌹

It as an incredible experience at Durrand Glacier Chalet! Unbelievable scenery and hiking trails, the wonderful guides and the delicious meals. I want to thank Eva, Nick and Ben for guiding us with care and attentiveness! Also thank you to the trail maintenance staff - terrific job you do!

Of course, the chalet itself was beautiful and met all of our needs, from the guest rooms, to the reading room, to the abundance of games available to play, the showers and even a gift shop!

In particular, I want to thank Nicoline for her overseeing it all and for her genuine warmth and kindness. You made us all feel most welcome to a remarkable place.

Durrand Chalet is a special place, cared for by special people.
Wonderful, friendly vibe. Big focus on ensuring guests have a magical and safe escape from their normal lives.
Tremendous hiking trails with amazing vistas. Flowers were spectacular. The ice and waterfalls incredible.
Snacks and meals were creative and delicious (and often beautiful). Our group of 19 felt privileged to have visited.

What a fantastic time we had hiking and staying at the lodge. The warm and friendly atmosphere, experienced hiking guides and delicious meals made for a truly unforgettable vacation. From mountain peaks, to glaciers, to flowery meadows, the scenery is just incredible - and the goats give entertainment as well.

What an excellent location for a backcountry lodge, perched on a rise in a high alpine valley with beautiful views all around. If I was going to open a lodge, this is what I would want it to be like.

Now that I've had my own experience, it's easy to understand why SME and their Durrand Glacier Chalet has so many return visitors. From the initial booking process to the ride back to the meeting spot in Revy, our trip was fantastic! The only thing that would have made it better is if we'd stayed longer. Shout out to Bree, Dana, Nick, Ben, Carl and Holly for helping to make our experience unforgettable.

Starting with the helicopter ride, it was an epic hiking adventure!! Delicious meals, comfortable accomodations, awesome guided hikes, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Another fantastic visit and ski tour at Selkirk Mountain Experience. Long time customer and will continue to be going back as long as I can. Wonderful terrain, incredibly hospitable staff, awesome food (a real chef!), outstanding guides and just a first class experience all the way. Love it!
