A great experience to take seaplane to Mayne island from Richmond. Check in is easy without the need to show any ID. A short safety explanation before boarding. The ride is smooth with soft landing. The over the sky scenery is beautiful. A very enjoyable trip.

Sea Air is a long overdue addition to serving Victoria Harbour.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, down to earth and helpful.

The baggage allowance of 25 lbs was great at their lowest fare of $99 with all taxes included. This is compared to sub 10 lbs for the lowest fare for Harbour Air.

11/10 for Sea Air in Victoria all around.

Always a good experience. Such a great service between YVR and Nanaimo.
Easy online booking, friendly quick check-in, the facility, the loading/unloading, clean planes, fast flight. Please, keep operating as you are and don’t change a thing!

10/10 would recommend. From booking to landing it was a great experience. They called to reschedule due to weather and I really appreciated that. I felt like the pilot did a really good job keeping the ride as smooth as possible. The regulars we travelled with also raved about Seair. And the fact that they allowed dogs- and one joined us. 👌

Just arrived from the US, and took my first seaplane ride. When they found out, they let me sit up front in the copilot seat! The experience of seeing the pilot go through his routine, explain to me some of what is involved in his work, and seeing the Island for the first time from the air was amazing.

Very friendly, very helpful, and an affordable service. They're also running an unbelievable special April 2018, so I'm able to spend some time with a friend from the Island there and in Van.

We booked the flight a month in advance and it took off at 9:10 today. When we arrived at the scene, the staff told us that we couldn’t take off because of the strong wind and that we had to wait until 1 in the afternoon to fly. At 12 o’clock, they told me that we still couldn’t fly, but the company next to us told us that we still couldn’t fly. Harbor Air keeps flying. This experience was so bad. I kept wondering why they had no customers. I wish them closure soon!

Have taken a couple of flights to Nanaimo and it’s been a great experience each time. Quick check in. They do weight your luggage and store it for you. 15-20 min flight. All the pilots have been very friendly. There is free parking across the road (based in availability). There’s another paid lot across from there.
My favourite touch is the free coffee and tea in the terminal!

First time flying with seair and had a great time, waiting area is nice with good coffee and fresh milk, staff is friendly, planes are clean and even have that “new car” smell.
