- You will not get enough time slot for appointments as they want to see less patient. Normally, 11:00am to 2:00pm. I don't if they are paid for this much hours only.
- The doctors and Nurses are not knowledgeable here. Every time I come here, there is NO solution. You can also understand through google whatever they recommend.
- One of the tall lady at reception is rude when you talk to her for anything.
- The only reason I am giving 2 star is due to another short height lady, who is so helpful in setting appointments.

Me and my family have been going here for over 10 years now. The staff and receptionists are always kind to us. The waiting and appointment processes were always smooth and efficient. Our family doctor, Ainsley Bull is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this centre to others. Thank you!

Impeccable standards and service. Eileen and Savitra are always quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Dr. Gopal is fantastic and caring. Dorothy is amazing in helping with mental and emotional wellbeing. I highly recommend this centre! I started attending when I was going through a rough life transition, and they were extremely generous with an unexpected Christmas gift visit for my children and I that the staff put together. They really do care about health and community. Thank you team for all that you do.

The staff that works directly with the patients are excellent. However, the administration is gut-wrenching to work with. They use archaic approaches where if you dont check all the boxes then they are unable to assist. If you want any assistance be prepared to advocate hard for your love one.

I divorced my ex husband and moved back to Canada (I was living in Taiwan at the time) a year ago. I don't remember who recommended me to SCHC (I have short-term memory loss from a stroke and brain surgery in 2013. Most likely my worker Tom). Anyway I started coming to SCHC to take part in the fitness/exercise program and to meet new people. Each time I go every Tuesday I feel very happy and comfortable. I get picked up and dropped off, I get to see everyone, enjoy a fun program, have a good lunch (and coffee 😁) and just have fun with other people. Thank you SCHC for making me happy and letting me enjoy this once a week program.

I am very grateful that SCHC, Markham, accepted me as their new patient recenlty. Both Dr. Vimalesan and Dr. Gopha are warm, patient, and professional. I appreciate that Dr. V is willing to send me for different tests to ensure my health is being taken care of holistically. I also like how Dr. G patiently explained my conditions as well as the medications to me today. I can see their eagerness and diligence in taking care of me. Finally, after 20 years, I feel so cared for. The staff at the front desk, as well as the nurses, are helpful. I highly recommend them!

People that have complained about not getting the medication they need are trying to get opiates/pain killers. They go from clinic to clinic and will have the same story for most of the clinics they go too

Then they leave a 1 star review in hopes that it will do something. They are so angry they didnt get thier fix.

They will give you meds if you really need it.
Theres a complaint on here from a paul woggs. Hes complaied about multiple health centers and hospitals for not recieving his refils on time or at all. Its classic pain killer addict behaviour. Do not trust those reviews, its junkies just trying to manipulate the system.
