Admittedly leaves units unrenovated instead of getting it done.
Less units means less income. People are on the streets and they deliberately use the same excuse. "Our units need renovations. Our establishment dont rent them out like others do when they arent ready".
Knowing they would be rented out instabtly, makes you wonder WHY they arent rushed.

I just wanted to thank Melissa S Tenant Relations Officer for her prompt replies to all my emails from Hamilton and her honest answers to my many questions. Melissa also went out of her way to allow me to look at a one bedroom apartment while on a recent visit to NB. I found Melissa to be very professional and provided me with excellent customer service.

Revised to today’s reality see below. I am leaving the bad review do that past errors are don’t creep back in to the system!Hard to get a call back, called several times. I wonder if it is family and friend first that are getting preference in this program. A who you know program, yet it is designed for people in need. I would think people with disabilities would get preference, to keep them safe from street violence.
