Drew and his team are all fantastic. Easy to communicate with, polite, and fast. We used SPS&D for our septic pump-out at our previous home. We were very happy with how quickly they came to do the work, not only did they do the work fast, they found a problem with a sensor and sent someone back same day to fix it. So when we moved into a new house that needed a whole new septic system and a drain tile, we knew who to call.

Drew is personable and generous with his time, he is informative and can think outside the box in complex problem that need solving. Our septic system works perfect and was completed fast. A member of the team (Brian) took a lot of time with us to plan out the location of the field where we would be happy with it, we really appreciated that. Our drain tile was complex, being on a flood plain, Drew made sure to come back and help us when some stuff went haywire with all the rain this year.

All in all, the Saanich Peninsula Sewer and Drain team are efficient, responsive, and just generally likeable dudes (which is really nice as a home owner calling for help).

Drains were backed up, snaking the drains and vent helped briefly but the issue persisted over several days. Thankfully Drew and his team came out late on Friday afternoon, and Drew reassured us he would get it fixed that evening. It was a hard job, in the dark and rain, but he didn’t give up and fixed the problem quickly. We are so grateful and Highly recommended Drew and his team!

From a late Friday afternoon phone call to a complete tear down, requiring heavy concrete to be cut, removed, new pipes installed and new concrete poured. We had an after hours emergency during the worst possible rain storm and Drew was at our house within an hour and solved the issue right away.
