Speech therapist who assess my special need son for assessment had first preliminary session for 50 minutes and promised for another session by next week and let my wife and son go. After few minutes they denied by sending emails to give speech therapy session with factless statement . How unprofessional these people are? Seems less sensitive to kids dealing with autism and speech issues.
Do you need really easy and simple cases? Then please give speech therapy to my talking tom2 app in iPhone.

Please don’t try to justify incompetency by replying through standard and prototype reply to cover up all weaknesses.

Your team demonstrated that they need easy case not child with limited mental abilities for therapy. Commercial and insensitive establishment the way you treated case of my child.

We have been with SAAAC for the Entry to school program. The therapist/instructors were amazing, competent, and supportive. I cannot thank them enough for the tremendous amount of work they’ve provided to prepare my son for school. My son really enjoyed his time with SAAAC! I highly recommend going with SAAAC when starting with the ETS program.

All the staff and workers of saaac autism center are very sincere. I am writing from my personal experience, I have never received such good service anywhere else, especially "Abarna Balachandran".She is a very kind hearted lady and very helpful. She understood our problem very well. We didn't know anything as new to Canada but she did all my son's paper work so nicely and organized everything herself. She completed 90% of our work. May Allah bless her.

Our family has benefited greatly from the services offered at SAAAC. During our time at SAAAC, my son has been part of their arts programs, summer camp, after-school program and most recently their living and learning program for adults. SAAAC has created a safe space for families to come together and share their experiences and also offers resources and programs for parents and siblings of individuals with Autism. The staff and volunteers make the centre very welcoming.

My pre-kindergartener recently completed the Entry to school program through SAAAC and we couldn't be more grateful for this program and its amazing staff. The personal and unique support my son received, and the overall design of this program, set him up for success. Not only was he better prepared for kindergarten, but general life skills he struggled to learn (and we struggled to teach him) he mastered through the support we received. This program and organization was ESSENTIAL to his successful transition and confidence. He always asks to see Abbi, which although bittersweet is a true testament to the support and nurturing he received.
Thank you SAAAC!

Neha provided my daughter with speech therapy, and it was a great beginning for her.
The cares program features very engaging and informative dialogues. Caregivers freely exchanged ideas and interacted with one another, even after training, caregivers maintain their social connections.
The members of SAAAC are sincere and truthful.

My son attended the Entry to School Program during the Spring to Summer of 2022. He looked forward to going to school every day. It helped a lot in transitioning into Kindergarten, especially since it was his first foray into dealing with other people outside of the home due to Covid-19 restrictions and concerns. The teachers and the staff and SAAAC are awesome. I had full trust in leaving my son with them. When the program ended, it was bittersweet; we wanted him to go there longer.

The ETS team at SAAAC were very personable and did a great job with my son. He formed an attachment to them which shows their care for the children. They would tell their day and also share techniques of what they do to also help us try implement at home. The classroom set-up they had definitely helped prepare my son for JK as he is already adjusting fine after the first week.
