Great place offering a free seniors lunch on Fridays and dinner on Wednesdays. Cool little shop to buy items that support the centre and a fresh produce grocer corner, selling fresh food at reduced prices. In the summer, they run gardens and teach growing, processing, and cooking skills to teens and run a few market locations, selling the produce they have grown. Lots of great life skills and experiences! Worthy place to donate some time as well. Thunder Bay is lucky to have this, and it deserves everyone's support.

Seniors in the know have come to treasure the
FANTASTIC MEALS served up every Wednesday night
to grateful Seniors who have discovered one of the top perks
of those lucky enough to be a senior in Thunder Bay.
Each Wednesday somehow manages to surpass the last week's
pièce de résistance.
Everything is superb from the Artistic Whimsical Menu Board
to the Very Friendly Volunteers through to the
Top Notch Unbelievably Creative One of a Kind Chef
who has somehow managed to find a level beyond zen..
