Ultra-modern facility with integrated healthcare the way it should be. Would love to see more accessible hours and more staff, it feels empty yet they're over patient load often.

That said, for such a small community, it's a nifty place.

Unprofessional staff working in this clinic. They seriously need some changes. Came with referral they gave me wrong kit. Why? Like do they not know what kit goes with what testing. Waste of time. Do not recommend. Never had any good experience in this clinic. 0 stars

È il mio laboratorio preferito da quando è in funzione 2019 credo.
Nuovo pulito e con personale molto professionale e gentile;
per gli esami del sangue e urine risposte dopo poche ore. C’è quantità di personale adeguato al traffico clienti per cui non ho mai atteso più di cinque minuti.
(Dovrebbe essere così anche l’ospedale ma si sa o si pagano medici o si paga la crisi internazionale)

Brand new health centre in Innisfil featuring Lifelabs, walk-in clinic, dr’s office, Georgian Radiology and more. Very clean and modern building right next to the YMCA. Some parts still under construction but it is open to the public.

This is a review for Tatiana the ultrasound technician at suite 1300. I was so excited for my first ultra sound appointment to see my baby. It's been a long awaited month and a half. My doctor booked me the appointment and I was extremely optimistic as this is a new centre. I was unfortunately paired with a ultra sound technician named "Tatiana" (remember this name as you will want to avoid all interactions with her). I was greeted at the entry way and told to "be quick". I was moving as fast as I could for a new mother to be. She was extremely impatient. When she set me up in the room she told me to lay down, so I followed instructions. The ultrasound felt like a lifetime. She had no words or comments for me. We sat in awkward silence in the room. When I asked her to explain what she was doing she said she couldn't tell me. The only question she asked was "can I shake your belly with the machine?" I was extremely hesitant as I've never heard of this before. I said I didn't feel comfortable and from there on out the appointment was miserable. All I wanted to do was leave. She was rough on me and my stomach , she clearly doesn't love or ever like her profession. As a new mother to be I was so excited and I after dealing with Tatiana I wanted nothing more than to go to my car and cry. I would never recommend this place save yourself the heart ache and go elsewhere. Not only that, when I walked away after the appointment to use the washroom, I overheard her speaking horribly about myself to her coworkers. Tatiana is extremely unprofessional, do not waste your time.
