I watched John's work for more than 2 hours, and I am very impressed by John's careful, mature and detailed assessment (and uses technology - including a drone to scan the roof) of the home. In addition, I found him approachable and provided all the information (the cost of the damaged items, availability in the market...) that was required to help me make appropriate decisions. He also provides pictures, and it helped me to follow up later after buying the house. As a result, I felt safe to go with the purchase after John's report as I knew that it was a diligent and complete evaluation. His fee is also very reasonable, and he has a very human policy for changes regarding the appointments. We need people like John with a humane work ethic; I will not hesitate to recommend John and wish him the best.
