I have been using the RideON app for last couple of months. Since it's a new local ridesharing app, I don't blame much on the unavailability of rides at times. Whenever I got the rides, I enjoyed them, especially I love their promos. I will keep using their service since I want to support this local business. I also let my local friends know about RideON whenever there is a chance. Finally I hope they increase the number of drivers so that more rides become available in quick times.

Personally have taken RideON several times. Enough to know on how to navigate and look out for wait times/expected pick ups and drop offs from several locations. I admire the hard and friendly workers. Only can say positive things! I prefer over UBER! I have only been ordering RideON since December 2021.

Just want to personally thank you for making my grandma miss her flight this morning. She email confirmed several times in the last 24 hours AND spoke to someone on the phone this morning to confirm the transportation and received verbal and email confirmation that someone would be there to get her. Super job.

I was charged twice for the rides i didnt take. i pre booked the ride however I cancelled it due to the wait time as rideon was nt able to find the ride. And booked Uber. There is no number to contact about the issue. There is inquiry form online but when submitting the form, it will give error. In short I can not contact.

This app is worst and time wasting app. They provide very poor services. I booked a cab ride and I was asked to wait 10 mintues and I was tracking my driver location on app after 15 mintues it was showing 12 mintues again. So total of 27 minutes I spent. So don’t book ride.
