A social welfare Society (NGO) provides a variety of services to immigrants, refugees, work permit holders, private sponsors, and community organisations. Departments comprise Newcomer Welcome & Orientation, Settlement, Employment , Languages Center and Childcare Center. Has both paid employees and a sizeable number of volunteers. 85% of funding is done by Fed/ Prov Governments. Salaries & benefits of employees consume 70% of the annual budget. Undertaking a good job; however, I feel the training of staff in PR and suitable action on the feedback received through the Google reviews . The waiting area near reception needs to be widened along with the facility of attached washrooms. Liked the presentation of Annual Reports. Must increase efforts for more private fundraising .

It's just opposite the 'The Cure' café ☕️. People are really nice and friendly 😊. You have enough space for car parking 🚗. The exam is usually in the basement ⬇️. You won't be able to take any of your belongings, not even your water bottle 🚫💧. If you want to use the washroom 🚻, you'll lose your time ⏳. You'll have to sit the whole time in front of the computer 💻.
