After getting several quotes for our bathroom conversion renovation, we chose to go with Realty Renovation based on the professionalism provided by Myles, the owner. He provided an upfront quote which didn’t alter, and when we started, he even threw in a free demolition of our old jet tub so the job could get started ASAP.
From start to finish, Myles and his crew (Phil, Wayne, Jermaine, Mauricio) were extremely respectful of our place, as well as being great with our family/dog during the reno period. We liked them so much we gave them a gift card each as a thank you.
Since this reno, we’ve used Realty Renovation for our trim/baseboard/painting jobs, as well as drywall and plumbing jobs that I don’t want to do myself. Myles has also helped us out with pricing when we aren’t able to meet the quote provided, given we've been repeated customers for the past few months.
Because of how good Myles and his crew have been to deal with, we won’t go through anyone else for our renovation needs in the future.

It was recommended by my occupational therapist to take out the bathtub and put a walk-in shower in because it's getting harder for me to use the tub with my Parkinson's disease. I know a couple of my neighbors had done the same thing and I asked who they had used and they recommended Realty Renovation so highly that I didn't even bother getting in a second quote for the job. I wasn't disappointed. They did an amazing professional job and when I raised the concern about part of it they took care of it immediately. Sometimes it's not things that go right that make a good job sometimes it's the things that go wrong that are fixed immediately that stay with you forever. I highly recommend this company for any renovation you are having.

Myles and his team were prompt, flexible, and able to offer all the services we required for a full kitchen demo and painting/flooring of our main floor. My experience with Myles and every member of his team was great! I needed the master bedroom bathroom redone. After talking to several other contractors Myles very quickly came up with easier and better solutions to all of the problems I was facing. Him and his team made my vision come to life and exceeded my expectations. There were no extra charges from what we had discussed and signed off on at the start of the project. The rooms were left clean and tidy every day. The whole process was minimally invasive.
