We met with Daniel Maiorano the Sales Rep, he explained everything to us, whether to inject to fill the leakage or dig the foundation. We went with digging the foundation on the side. The team did an amazing job and such hard workers! Although the job is truly heavy lifting, etc. They were cheerful and very respectful. It was a pleasure having them do our job. We had RCC Waterproofing repair our weeping tile/drain and install a sump pump after flooding this summer. Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough when doing the quote. I was referred to RCC by a family member and was incredibly impressed. I first met with Daniel who reviewed my current sump pump setup, listened to my concerns, and soon followed up with a set of options and quotes. Daniel answered all my immediate and follow questions, provided great advice and all of this before any deposit was paid.

On installation day, Marco arrived as scheduled (actually slightly early which worked perfectly), fully prepared, and took the time to review the system again with me, answer questions and provide more details. He installed the system quickly, was thorough and tested the system multiple times.
