Today 230520 we were visiting an elderly man, my dad, in the Concordia Hospital. The room was a two person room and a representative or employee came in and handed the person in bed #1 a small care package with logo from this organization. Rapid Relief Team or RRT in the colour red. The person in bed #2, who was my dad, did not get a care package and the attendant said he wasn’t eligible because he was not aboriginal. Seems racist and prejudiced for an organization to display this bias!

I shall look to future donation I contribute to and if RRT is a beneficiary, they will not get my donation! This organization might be aligned with the Liberal Party of Canada.

I just finished a fantastic supper at HOPE MISSION, thanks to RRT.
I have never heard of them before so looked up the website and was impressed by what I saw. Encourage readers to read and help. This Canadian based group is one I would like to volunteer for myself...one day.
