Mr. PAQUETTE sends in tickets that he doesn't even issue. Additionally, he issues tickets for complaints that have already been resolved weeks earlier, which makes no sense as it's already been dealt with.
He lies about the nature of the facts, the amount of the ticket and the process.
He was very unprofessional and extremely immature which his little side head bob.
No public relation skills whatsoever.
I think this arrogant jerk needs to do his homework and redo his training.
I wouldn't want him representing any one in my company!

Me and my wife called in to talk to someone and some lady saying she's the boss there we were trying to ask if they picked up our son's cat and once we told her where we are from she changed her tone of voice to saying we are animal abusers and that she always deals with people like that and once we told her where it seemed like it had to be about race she was very rude just because where we are from ... We went online to see the pictures if it was our cat and it wasn't but she still said we are animal abusers and still being very rude to my wife happened today at 3:00 p.m

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. NEVER bring your animal here to get euthanized, not even for an emergency (as was the case with my family). They do not allow you to be with your pet - they pass away by themselves in a room full of strangers. And not because of covid policies which we would understand, but because "it's too difficult for the staff to see the grieving family". If that's the case then you are in the wrong line of work!
They even had the audacity to tell us to go to an actual vet where they would charge us more and are trained for that sort of thing. YOUR staff should be trained for this!! But our geriatric cat was suffering and my family had no choice. So I repeat, do not make the same mistake we did. Go elsewhere where they have compassion and actually care about your animals. DO NOT GO HERE FOR EUTHANIZATION!

I adopted a kitten 3 weeks ago. I was told the kitten had a mild cold and would be fine. I was not given any other advice or medication.
It is 2 weeks later and my kitten is sicker than ever. The shelter won't pay the vet bills, and won't provide antibiotics which they have in their possession. They told me to take the kitten to the vet and pay for the vet myself, or return the kitten for a refund. So they will give it medication if it is stuck in a cage for 2 weeks but not if I care for my own pet in my own home.
This is unethical and unfair. It is horribly unfair to the kitten, who got sick from being in a cage for 2 months, and they want to return it to that cage for 2 weeks. It is unfair to us, since we were told the cat would be fine.

Unethical Practices, rude man in uniform, worst possible experience. Next time I see a pet in need of a home I certainly will never consult these people again. Go elsewhere at all costs.
