Been there for emergency Friday 21 Jan 22 and was received very well. All personnel were very friendly and acted highly professionally. I had broken elbow, wrist, rib, plus facial browses. I received excellent services from all I had to deal with. I am glad to live close to this hospital!

Dealing with usually The Ottawa Hospital it pales in comparison - the building itself looks great but once your up onto the floors where patients are, the halls are cluttered with equipment and supplies and just makes things feel so disorganized - whereas personal experience at two of the Ottawa Hospitals it's more organized and pleasant to be in. The parking is more expensive than Ottawa Hospital also which is a draw back - the care itself I'm sure is great, as nurses never get enough credit for the hard work they do - and of course we need to have Dr's so that part is good. If I had to choose where to go it would be the Ottawa General Campus, but that's my own opinion of course.
