I was hired to be the property manager. The treasurer of the board refuses to separate herself from the financials and instead performed management duties as if she was part of the team, except her methodologies and systems were in direct conflict with mine. She also maintained her access to the entirety of the memberships private information including financial information which is a conflict of interest and breach of privacy. Additionally the board refuses to hire sufficient maintenance staff to service the coop and as a result the units are the worst conditions I've seen outside of 3rd world countries.

My rent is $1148/mth but the baseboard heaters add $200-300 total Dec-Feb. Maintenance doesn't fix problems, even a bathroom water leak which is causing drywall to crumble. It's too bad, especially since the bedrooms are great sizes.

Renovation and repairs are a huge issue, old windows, and lost of heat will make you pay higher electricity costs. Maintenance change frequently, lack of participation from members. Requested maintenance are ignored or responded in an undecided time (years).

We lived here for about 2 years and it was a very positive experience. I found the office staff to be helpful and professional and the homes were quite nice. What I really like about living in this Co-op was that if I had a problem or issue I could get involved and change it for me and the community. Nice neighbors too.

I left last year after three years. Very bad management. They also have bed bugs in many houses. I will never rent there. There workers stole my lown mower battery and a pan from my kitchen. The office took money from my deposit which they shouldn't bcz I returned the house better than they gave it to me.

Don't move there. There is no respect for the members. You will also not get your deposit back. I am a well-educated person who paid my rent on time and never caused any issues and I was treated like garbage.

Worst place you can rent for a living! Old houses and nothing gets fixed around here. What's the point of renting here? If you were to rent, i suggest anyone to rent in a different company which you will actually live in a clean, well maintained place.
