1) Took me half an hour to find this stupid place. Google maps indicates that its inside the mall. It wasn't on the mall directory and there were no guest services in the mall.

2) After 25 minutes of walking the whole mall twice and driving around the whole mall a few times I decided to call them to ask and got AND GOT THE GENERIC PUROLATOR LINE WITH A LONG WAIT. They don't even have a phone number for this place!

3) I had to look at the pictures other people uploaded and just keep looking around the outside of the mall to find a small sticker on the glass door

4) I walk in and there are no signs or stickers or a purolator desk. I HAD TO ASK WHERE TO DO BECAUSE THERE IS NO INDICATION ANYWHERE.

5) I had to go to the checkout to drop off my packages where I asked how I was supposed to know this was where to do so. The lady just said it's a big problem and had no other answers.

6) Google does not tell you that it's a part of Micheals!

EDIT: I can't believe I have to add to this review but it gets worse. THEY DIDN'T SCAN ONE OF THE TWO PACKAGES I GAVE THEM WHICH WAS A RETURN CAUSING ME TO BE REFUNDED FOR ONLY ONE OF THE TWO RETURNS! THE PACKAGE IS LOST! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!

Had the worst experience with them. Delivery person didn't even knock. No paper slip to notify where to pick up package. Was online over a hour to get details where to pick up package and still no definite answer. Two online customer service workers both weren't helpful, one just disconnected and other was getting bitchy. After close to a hour on the phone waiting the worker didn't know where my package was and couldn't give me definitely answer as well to where I would be able to pick it up.

Essentially useless shipping depot.

I was shipping a heavier package but around 40lbs. Checked online to confirm that they take packages <50lbs, online states that they do. Call to confirm, no-one answers the phone. Show up and staff is nearly laughing that I would bring the package there as if they aren't labelled as a shipping center. I was turned away without even weighing the package since "everyone here is too old to lift that". Fair enough but change your depot detail to <10lbs then. Abysmal, skip this and go to the Airport depot.

Absolute joke of a drop-off center.

First, it's not in the mall. It's a small counter inside Michael's
And for a craft store to not have tape to affix the waybill is laughable. Most Purolators have clear envelopes to securely attach them

Save your time and go anywhere else.

Lazy staff does not accept all Purolator shipments. They will not accept large boxes. If a Puro rep is reading this, they should strip them of their accreditation
